prophet Habakkuk part 2...run toward your vision`

The pressing ponderation presented itself as a vision for Habakkuk to see. The Prophet did see(verse 1) something that moved him into questioning and weight of heavy emotion. Here his prophethood came alive, although somewhat seems minor and obscure like prophet, the questions he asked jumb out of us in our own personal struggles with injustice, violence and law breaking glimpses, that shake us at times.
Habakkuk questioned God on this but God answer troubled him even more, so he asked again! God then reassured him by speaking a prophetic word....If he could only wait it would all be revealed clear to him. Habakkuk renewed his position of faith by this: 2:4 and God answered "the just shall live by faith", and to wait for the vision for it is for an appointed time.
Ch2:2 "and the lord answered me and said, "Write the vision and make it plain upon tables that he may run that readeth it, for the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak and not lie, though it tarry wait, because it will surely come".
Gods word here a spken as a living thing which will speak and will come through in time of great oppressions and threat of violence, lawlessness, one is moved by God toward vision, and not just vision but to write the vision.
An action is spoken of to write...
write: compose, comprehend, take in, compile, enter into the composition, build into with embodiment.
not just a passing inner vision but one you compile and build upon. Habakkuk further calls us to be watchmen- to watch what God will say in the situation. and what you would answer with, your reaction prophetically.
What questions are striving within you? that you might speak to God concerning as him minor prophet. And what shall I answer? I tell you what prophet Habakkuk did.
"I will stand upon my watch and set me upon the tower and watch to see what he will say to me." There is a tower involved here a high place of view. Where one can see the whole view below. I am standing on my watch not in denial or passivity of not even paying attention to whats going down...But in faith forming a vision with faith to get through it.
Habukkuk continues with a vision of tribulation period in chap 3. it is a time of trembling where in one might rest in the day of trouble, why? because you were already on the watch and stationed in him word on the matter. There is no other way.
Habbakkuk ends with prophesying that God will make his feet like hinds feet to walk upon high places.
I prophesy over you today that you will run toward your vision, his word though it may tarry will not lie, it will come to pass in your life situations. by faith you will stand through the trembling and rise to strength to walk on high places. I prophesy a new vision to come unto you in your tower where you will look out to seas of vision....run toward your vision....

prophetic high seas and the shipwreck in Ezekiel

Prophetic High Seas and the shipwreck in Ezekiel
There is a place I believe and envision where we are adrift in prophetic high seas...The waves here can be powerfully still awaiting revelation as well as tumultuous waves of tempest or trial. Even the most adept often can find oneself drowning and overwhelmed by the storm.

I was visiting San Francisco with a friend, it was late nite and we decided to park by cliff house to see the peaceful nite ocean view. I decided to walk behing the building where only a cement wall separated me from the sea. i was surprised to see huge stormy midnite waves crashing violently and darkly into the deep. The waves were high and crashed a violent echo into my spirit. The moon covered by an ere mist caught movement of light on these huge waves and revealed to me the depth and strength voluptuousness ready to envelop anything into its dark majestic waters. I suddenly felt the fear of it all, what if God let this display wall of protection down? I would be swept out into the unknown dark and raging waters before me. Would i have the faith and endurance to survive? soon the view had revealed to me not a peaceful scene but a glimpse of the stormy powerful yet beautiful shifting of the High Seas...

We have come to a time to learn how to sail our ships in stormy dark waters and to behold his majesty. "Launch out into the deep" a time to leave the comfort zone of a peaceful scenery...to learn to sail and stand prophetically in the waves of storm and testing grounds....to sail on prophetic High Seas...here in the midst of vast sea, explosive of deep emotional channels shifts in your tides of understanding and movements of brokenness against the shores by high waves are our borders established....

Ezekiel 27:4 "thy borders are in the midst of the seas"

There in the high seas a storm is crashing us against the rocks of foundations....A brokenness so deep and vast that serves to refine us spiritually to awaken our senses in the nite darkness...
Things broken and left to drift, changes and shifting of things within us, releasing of the waves of strongholds and offences...Ezekiel 27:4 "The east wind has broken you in the seas".

The time is open and flowing, adrift at sea awaiting direction, awaiting hope, not anchored to anything.....lost at sea....In prophetic open sea where vision is vast and waiting....called to "call things forth that are not" by faith adrift, your borders in the prophetic word..Always casting the net of vision from your ship. Set your sail in the direction of his word. Map your course in wisdom. Sail into the unknown seas..yet in these seas of thought....Isaiah 51v10 "The sea a way for the ransomed to pass over."

Ezekiel released a strong prophetic word concerning shipwreck Ez 27: 1-25...
The great ships of Tarshish typrus that was so prosperous, so self contained and confident in thier riches personal glories, denying Gods open sea majesty...Their ship was perfected in appearances in attitude they instilled..."I am my own God.. in control of my destiny." Perfected by borders of merchandizing surrounded by ones own glory and pride. At that time comes when thou shalt be broken by the seas...Ezekiel 27v34..Tyre trusted in their riches...Tyre was a wealthy Capital that sold Jewish slaves...their ways brought them into deep waters of shipwreck. Ezekiel 27v27...Their eventual shipwreck was due to pride of thier riches and the oppression of a people...Ezekiel announced the shipwreck of their merchandizing ways upon the seas... God showed Ezekiel the shipwreck vision ; that he was going to do a new thing in the land and sea....

Tyre and her ships rejoiced in Jerusalems fall because they would become richer on it...But God let Tyre suffer a much greater fate. Alexander the Great took the city in 332 BC....Tyre was so devastated that the ancient site can no longer be identified. Prophesied that the riches of tyre would be thrown into the sea...today the site is buried under the water forever shipwrecked as prophesied by Ezekiel....

Are you shipwrecked among the ruins of Tyre?

Feeling you have lost everything and are adrift in open sea. in a place of emptiness with no direction? yet Ezekiel prophesies later in 47:8.....The waters shall be healed...The sea a way for the ransomed to pass over...

Luke 5:4 Launch out into the deep....throw out your anchor in his prophetic word. In this brokenness...borders and foundations ,refinement can be established. Brought by your shipwreck to a place where you think nothing is happening, hope has sank, the vision is scattered among the ruins. The ship is washed up on the shore of some deserted place unknown..Yet here in this place of shipwreck in open seas....

The Power of prophecy still comes to past.....

things happen here at:

"The shipwreck that will bring you to the shift."

prophesy over dead bones live

1 The hand of the LORD was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. 2 He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. 3 He asked me, "Son of man, can these bones live?"
I said, "Sovereign LORD, you alone know."

4 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! 5 This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath

Ezekiel 37

Prophesy Over These Dead Bones Live.

There are places in our deadness where it seems that nothing could ever come alive or come to pass there. They are long gone dead places that seem impossible to bear fruit of life. Yet God calls us in that place to Declare, to proclaim, to prophesy….

Things can come to life there in the Valley of struggle and defeat. Long gone dead places that seem uninhabited, unhealed, unrestored, unkept, unable to come alive and exist. A Desert of lost hope and nothingness.

These are the hopeless dry places the prophets are called to prophesy upon...

Perhaps God calls all of us in this Ezekiel vision: to declare…pronounce….proclaim…speak over….prophesy to bring movement shifting things to life.

Will things come to life in the Valley of Dead Bones? God asks Ezekiel a Question. Before moving into the vision further. Can these dead bones live? Prophet Ezekiel does not try to be the know it all great Prophet. He positions himself humbly acknowledging Gods sovereignty and wisdom, “Thou knowest oh Lord.” Is his reply. He is humble and receptive enough to receive the vision and move toward it.

Seeing the vision in a dry place, perhaps we are feeling this dryness in our spiritual self, or personal struggles. For it is mentioned as in a dry place…things don’t feel alive, there is no movement no word to stir: for so long…

Something needs to stir the darkness here, the desert places here…

Do we know how to move the spirit of things to pass…

Things seem still and perhaps we are questioning…

God brought Ezekiel to a place of Questioning to seek and see…

So How can one stand in a desert to see anything when one is consumed by the dry emptiness of the place? A place where dreams long gone buried under the sands of time God tells Ezekiel to speak a word, to prophesy, to bring the release, to bring to live.

Perhaps it was a place not just of great prophecy, but a place of sight. A place where we question, struggle, and learn the true heart and flow of prophecy. Yet God brings us to this place to see something extraordinary and prophetic.

For it is in the valley desert, not a mountain top where the vision begins, for it was in the valley that God chose the vision to be. But there are somethings perhaps more than just another prophecy we close our understanding to..

He is told to see something before him. That is to perceive, behold, what is in your sight, in sight of.

He is told to do an action: Prophesy, declare, speak over into

He is told what the bones represent: revelation.

There is a noise: a rattling noise a coming together of things amiss

A coming together one by one.

A shaking occurs: emotionally physically we are jarred as things are moved and set into

A shaking occurs: emotionally physically we are jarred as things are moved and set into place. "so "I prophesied as i was commanded and as I prophesied

there was a noise and behold a shaking and the bones came together one by one.”

The valley is a place where vision can express, yet one of the hardest places to prophesy. Yet God brings him here. We are called to action as Ezekiel…Can these Dead Bones live? Some things set down before us in prophecy.

In the valley of bones there was a noise/ things seen, felt , spoken over…the spirit of God brings Life. To words that brought movement…Ezekiel is given a very radical vision .

To prophecy over…

To declare, proclaim

His word over the situation

Breathe the spirit of God there.

In the valley of bones

Where things come together..

Where things came to life

Where prophecy lives forever.

God himself explains in v11-14 the actual meaning of the prophecy of the Bones:

“He said to me, these bones are the whole house of Israel.”

Certain Jewish scholars believe it refers to those who were slain in the Holocaust.

Israel became a nation reborn in 1948. In 1991 48,000 ethiopian Jews brought by plane to Israel to escape persecution and famine. Thus fulfilling more prophecies…

“I will gather you from the people and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered and I will give you the land of Israel.”

Other prophecies in Isaiah God promises to restore our lands when we return to him.

There are sins of the nations in all Nations, all have fallen short, yet in Prophecy God says he will heal the land, he will restore. "Come let us reason together saith the Lord>" in Isaiah.

Also as prophet people (spokesmen or spokeswomen, we are called to help restore the lands of peoples and other cultures....

prophetic blessings on our Missionaries in Africa, el salvadore, spain ect..who risk their lives trying to feed and help the poor and abandoned in the cities...and prophesying over the dead places...

Some Scriptures on Bones.

Jer 20;9 “his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones.”

Ezekiel 37:4 “O ye dry bones hear the word of the Lord.”

Mt 23:27 Woe unto you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites for ye are like unto white sepulchers, beautiful outward but inward full of Dead men’s bones and all uncleanness.”

Isa 66:14 “When ye see this your heart will rejoice and your bones shall flourish like an herb.”

Ps;35:10 All my bones shall say Lord, who is like thee!

Ps 34;20 he keepeth all his bones not one of them is broken----prophecy concerning Christ manner of death.

Research on Bones

The miracle of Prophet Elisha’s Bones in 2 kings 13, 14: 20-21

“So Elisha died and they buried him, now bands of Moabites used to invade the land, and as a man was being buried, lo a marauding band was seen and the man was cast into the grave of Elisha; and as soon as the man touched the bones of Elisha he revived, and stood on his feet”

Interesting to note in archeology how carbon dating of bones can be done to reveal a lot of information about the time era, the age, the living conditions and lifestyle even of the person when alive. I was thinking about also about our countenance and how we present ourselves and live our lives. Elisha’s bones were able to bring life to a dead man- the left over anointing of his life over the bones left a lasting presence.

Were looking at Bones like at death at times while God uses them for an extraordinary prophecy to bring hope renewed vision and life to a lost and scattered peoples.

Perhaps God calls all of us in this Ezekiel vision: to declare…pronounce….proclaim…speak over….prophesy to bring movement shifting things to life.

Prophetic edge with elijah's cave

By propheticfire cave of the prophetic
d.gansmann

1 kings 19v9
And he came thither unto a cave and lodged there; and behold, the word of the lord came to him and he said unto him, What doest thou here Elijah? V-11 and he said go forth and stand upon the mount before the Lord.

Elijah ran and hid in a cave. He was running from Jezebel who threatened to kill him. So he went a days journey into the wilderness to Horeb, the mountain of God and hid inside a cave. Now when we think of a cave what do you see? A place of darkness sheltered from the world, A place of isolation? A hiding place? A covering from outside influences? Doesnt sound like a bad idea to me....It was in this darkness of a cave that the word of God came to Elijah!
Elijah stated how bad he felt being the only Prophet left....and alone....with a crazy woman trying to kill him,.But God would not let him find death, he had a ministry as a Prophet to continue on. God tells him in the cave to arise and stand on the mountain.
When he stood there God had him see and feel 3 things!
1st a wind rent by and brake rocks into pieces but he says the Lord was not in the wind. 2nd an earthquake came but the Lord was not in the earthquake, then a fire but the Lord he says was not in the fire but after the fire came then a small still voice!
There are times we may find ourselves depressed withdrawn to a cave in a place of hiding..maybe from a Jezebel type situation. but God calls us to come out of the cave to come stand of the mountain. what mountain? A mountain of prophetic foundation? A mountain of holy fire? whats your mountain?
There are some things we may see on that mountain or feel. Strong winds of emotion turmoil riping through us at times but breaking the hard rocks of obstacles before us.
But God is not in the wind perhaps it is sent as a trial to test us, refine us as for the days comming of greater revelation.....The day we can stand confident before God as his Prophet! the earthquake come and shook everything we stood upon. Can you take a prophetic shaking? Ever had one? Life is not comfortable when we are shaken by our problems in health, family or even or enemies. But God is not in the Earthquake., it is a circumstance leading to strengthen...an instrument of greater opportunity to come!
prophetic strength.....Then the fire came. this fire burned your very soul, nothing is left your alone burned up in the fires of trials tha t haunt you, the heat of pressure, stress, pain till even in after that fire that purifies it say only then did Elijah hear a small still voice. V-13 and the voice asks him "What doest thou here Elijah"?
God asks us what we our doing?
What is bothering us that we should hide away?
withdraw
Why are we hiding in our caves?
running away inour stress?
In this place of aloneness and rejection running from his enemies...that then God gives him a direction and order to return to the Wilderness .
he gave him 3 orders what to do.
1. go anoint Hazael to be king over syria
2. go anoint Jehu as king over Israel
3. go anoint Elisha to be a Prophet
go anoint...go anoint....
Then God showed him there was no need to fear and run away, "yet have I 7000 left in Israel". Surely then Elijah could boldly face only 450 prophets but in fear he fled from
Jezebel anger and domination.

I prophecy unto us today to come out of our caves of hiding, to stand on the great prophetic mountain of God's Word.lllTo face the strong winds of emotion and stress, to strengthen ourselves in the days of shaking and turmoil, to let the fire consume us, burn us into propheticfire. The fire of his spirit...then we will hear the revelations that we seek, the voice small and still calls us to stand on that mountain! We are called out of the dark places of the cave to go forth as Prophets.
Anointing, guiding, instructing, building, bring things to pass!
Calling things forth that are not.
being a voice to a lost peoples.
Standing in the rightful places of Office and Authority of Prophet in that day.
Sometimes we have to travel through the wilderness to find the cave.
Prophetic maturation...we grow into our gifts.."Prophecy according to your faith", As you are built up and moved with the spirit into certain areas, there is prophetic timing.
But when God tells us to stand to come out of the cave we must go forth and stand and revelation will come. Not by power or might but by his spirit.
What doest thou here Elijah, come stand on the mountain I have some things to show you to tell you...I have something for you to do
